Global Bilgi ranks at the top of the ‘Bilişim 500’ with a quarter-century of experience

Turkey’s digital customer experience center, Turkcell Global Bilgi, has ranked first in the “Turkey-Based Producer / Call Center” category in the “Bilişim 500 – Top 500 IT Companies” research conducted by BT Haber. Highlighting their more than a quarter-century of experience in the industry, Metin Tuğtağ , the CEO of Turkcell Global Bilgi expressed great happiness in winning first place for the 14th time in such a prestigious and benchmark-setting research.
