Last year, Turkcell Global Bilgi conducted 5,500 training programmes in 18,000 classrooms, strengthening the digital skills and career development of 16,000 employees through these programmes.
Turkcell Global Bilgi continues to support its employees as well as its business partners. Last year, Turkcell Global Bilgi organised 5,500 training and development programmes in 18,000 classrooms, contributing to the development of the professional knowledge and skills of 16,000 employees. Zafer Çavdar, Deputy General Manager of Turkcell Global Bilgi for Human Resources, provided information about the training, development, and career programmes, stating: Employee experience is one of Turkcell Global Bilgi's top priorities. For this reason, while forming digital transformation partnerships with companies, we also deliver both in-person and online training to help our employees grow, empowering them to experience and implement technological innovations. This flexibility allows our employees to develop at their own pace, wherever they are. Our programmes feature a wide range of development tools, including case studies, gamified learning, e-learning modules, digital libraries, hands-on workshops, and career-focused sessions. Zafer Çavdar also provided information about the most sought-after training courses in 2023, continuing as follows: "Forming a part of the Customer Experience Development Programme, our technology training courses stood out for their support in sales, customer experience, communication, and career transition. We delivered a range of programmes including ‘True Leader,’ ‘Agile Leader,’ ‘Expert at Work,’ and ‘Professional and Competency’ training. Through our Focus Programmes, we offered multi-dimensional specialisation in areas such as 'RPA', 'Data', 'Artificial Intelligence', and 'Agile', awarding certificates, next-generation titles, and digital badges in collaboration with universities. Our employees are advancing their careers by earning new titles like ‘RPA Designer,’ ‘Data Master,’ ‘Professional Coach,’ ‘Internal Trainer,’ ‘Product Owner,’ and ‘OKR Coach,’ helping them transition into future-ready roles. In 2023, alongside these programmes, we also supported the personal development of 400 employees through one-on-one coaching and mentoring, delivered by certified internal coaches under the coordination of our Coaching Office
