Turkcell Global Bilgi’s advanced Video Call Center service enables individuals with hearing and visual impairments to access 24/7 support at İGA Istanbul Airport. 
This service facilitates uninterrupted communication, making IGA Istanbul Airport experience more accessible and comfortable for disabled guests. The Video Call Center ensures inclusive support tailored to individual needs with features such as screen sharing and real-time visual and auditory assistance.

The Video Call Center supports guests who need more detailed pricing information, explanations, or live video assistance alongside the mobile application. Similarly, hearing-impaired passengers can travel more easily and comfortably by receiving sign language support through our Video Call Center service.
