This is our support service where we investigate unresolved calls from the initial stage and provide solutions through second-level support for issues requiring domain expertise. Problems are resolved by investigating the complaints and requests submitted by customers and managing the processes of returning to the customer.

As part of our support service, tasks such as data entry, verification, and completion are handled within the back office.
