5,500 Training Programs in 18,000 Classrooms in One Year by Turkcell Global Bilgi

In the past year, Turkcell Global Bilgi delivered 5,500 training programs across 18,000 classrooms, enhancing the digital competencies and career growth of 16,000 employees.

Turkcell Global Bilgi continues to support its employees as well as its business partners. Last year, Turkcell Global Bilgi held 5,500 training and development programs in 18,000 classes and contributed to the development of professional knowledge and skills of 16,000 employees.

Providing information about training, development and career programs, Zafer Çavdar, Deputy General Manager of Turkcell Global Bilgi in charge of Human Resources, said: “One of the priorities of Turkcell Global Bilgi is employee experience. For this reason, while establishing digital transformation partnerships with companies, on the other hand, we organize both face-to-face and digital trainings for our colleagues to improve themselves so that they experience and sustain technological innovations. Our programs include various development tools such as case studies, gamification, e-learning, digital library, application workshop, career meeting. Providing information about the most demanded trainings in 2023, Zafer Çavdar continued as follows: “Within the scope of our Customer Experience Development Program, our technology trainings supporting sales, unique customer experience, communication and career transition stood out. We provided ‘Agile Leader’ trainings with our ‘ Essential Leader’ program and ‘Professional and Competence’ trainings with our ‘ Expert at the Job’ program. Thanks to our Focus Programs, we provided versatile specialization in the fields of ‘RPA’, ‘Data’, ‘Artificial Intelligence’ and ‘Agile’, and provided university collaborative certificates and new generation titles and badges. Beyond their existing roles, our employees advance their careers by earning next-generation professional titles that facilitate career transitions, such as ‘RPA Designer,’ ‘Data Master,’ ‘Certified Professional Coach,’ ‘Corporate Trainer,’ ‘Product Owner,’ and ‘OKR Coach’. On the other hand, in addition to all these programs in 2023, we support the personal development of 400 of our colleagues by providing one-on-one coaching-mentoring support with our certified internal coaches under the coordination of our Coaching Office.”
